- Post mock-ups without a good watermark covering the digital designs.
- Create or copy items which look similar to any of Mean Muggin Customs, LLC designs.
- Share digital files to anyone or company
- Alter any of the digital designs and sell digital art using my files.
- Use any of the digital designs in your own digital designs.
-Digital files CANNOT be used on any print on demand sites. (POD)
-You CANNOT redistribute any artworks by Mean Muggin Customs, LLC as clipart or claim the item as your own for resale in any shape or form.
-You CANNOT deconstruct the graphic, combine with other graphic, repackage and resell as digital clipart or as is. We do not permit the vectorizing or redrawing of our artworks.
- You CANNOT use of the digital designs in any logo creation, third party printing, stand-alone prints, vinyl prints, screen print transfers, printed transfers of any kind, stickers, fabric, decals, or HTV without purchasing the proper license by Mean Muggin Customs, LLC. not properly purchasing this license will result in a violation of these terms and conditions. In this case, action will be taken against you and or your business, including being revoked from any future purchasing, use of files from past purchases even if any licenses/files were purchased before violation...
**LICENSING TERMS AND CONDITIONS**
A Commercial License is needed to sell any prints, Screen prints transfers, DTF prints, Waterslides, Clear Cast Decals, Decals, Stickers, fabrics etc... A commercial license must be purchased in conjunction with files or images. None of the digital designs come with a full commercial license. You can purchase an annual commercial license in our list of products, this license will be valid for the current calendar year it was purchased in until end of the current calendar year. When purchasing the annual license, you do not need to purchase any individual licenses for individual images moving forward until the next calendar year. The annual license will cover all images purchased in that calendar year. The annual commercial license must be re-purchased at the start of each new calendar year. If you do not purchase a commercial license and you are selling any type of prints, waterslide, clear cast or stickers, this a violation of all commercial rights... If proof of licensing is requested and you are not able to provide it, we have every right to revoke the commercial rights and refuse to sell to you indefinitely, no refunds will be giving as well as you or your company will be blocked.
